“Starlight and Enchantment”
The stars were always a source of enchantment for Ryuu. Ever since he was a child, he would spend hours gazing up at the night sky, lost in its vastness and beauty. But as he grew older, he found himself longing for more than just the stars. He yearned for someone to share his love for the night sky with, someone who would understand his deep connection to the stars.
Little did he know, his wish was about to come true.
As fate would have it, Ryuu crossed paths with a girl named Hikari. She too had a deep love for the stars, and their shared passion for the night sky brought them together. They would spend countless nights lying on the grass, pointing out constellations and sharing stories of their dreams and aspirations. Ryuu couldn’t believe he had finally found someone who understood him so completely.
But as their bond grew stronger, Ryuu couldn’t help but notice a sadness in Hikari’s eyes. She would often brush it off with a smile, but Ryuu could sense that something was weighing heavily on her heart. He wanted to ask her about it, to offer her comfort and support, but he was afraid of ruining the perfect moments they shared under the starry sky.
One night, as they lay side by side, gazing up at the stars, Hikari finally opened up to Ryuu. She told him about her family and their strict expectations for her, how they wanted her to marry a wealthy man and live a life of luxury. But Hikari’s heart yearned for something different, for a life filled with adventure and freedom.
Ryuu listened with a heavy heart, knowing that their time together was limited. He couldn’t bear the thought of losing Hikari, but he also couldn’t ask her to go against her family’s wishes.
As the days passed, Hikari’s sadness grew, and Ryuu could no longer ignore it. He knew he had to do something to make her happy, even if it meant sacrificing his own happiness. So he came up with a plan.
On the night of the summer solstice, Ryuu took Hikari to a secluded spot deep in the forest. There, he had set up a beautiful picnic under the stars, complete with all of Hikari’s favorite foods. As they sat and ate, Ryuu couldn’t help but feel a twinge of sadness, knowing that this may be their last night together.
But then, the sky above them began to light up with shooting stars. Hikari’s eyes widened in amazement as she watched the spectacle, and Ryuu knew he had made the right decision.
As they lay on the blanket, watching the stars dance above them, Ryuu took Hikari’s hand and looked into her eyes. He told her that he loved her, and that he would do anything to make her happy. And with tears in her eyes, Hikari whispered those three words back to him.
In that moment, they both knew that they were meant to be together, no matter what the future held. And so, they made a promise to always follow their dreams and never let anyone stand in the way of their love.
As the night drew to a close and the stars began to fade, Ryuu and Hikari shared a bittersweet kiss, knowing that their time together would soon come to an end. But as they parted ways, they knew that their love would continue to shine bright, just like the stars that had brought them together.
Years went by, and Ryuu and Hikari followed their dreams, always keeping the promise they made under the stars that night. And even though they were apart, they both knew that their love would never fade, for it was as eternal as the starlight that had brought them together.
And every time Ryuu gazed up at the night sky, he couldn’t help but feel a sense of enchantment, knowing that somewhere out there, Hikari was looking up at the same stars, thinking of him.
